1.gajar 1 ½ kilo-qado kash kar k apny hi pani mein khusk kar lein.
2.badam hsbe zaroorat-barik katy howy
3.akhroot-adhi piali katy howy
4.chooti ilachi 10 addad barik pees lein.
5.ghee 1piali
6.khusk milk 2 piali
7.cheeni 1 ½ piali

Jub gajroon ka pani khusk hoo jay tu utar kar thunda kar k pees lein.eik karahi mein ghee garam karein jub garam hoo jay tu ilachi daal lein.khushboo any lagy tu gajrein daal kar bhoony or chamach  chalaty rahein.jub ghee alag hoony lagy tu halwa tayyar hay.eik thali mein chiknai laga kar halwa pheela lein.uper say maiwa saja dein.jub thanda hoo jay tu tukray kat lein.

Badam ko pani mein daal kar choor dein phir iss k chilky utar lein.or badam ki giri pees lein.aab pisy howy badam or cheeni ko khoob mix kar lein.iss mein zafran bhi mix kar lein.magar barik pees kar.iss ajza ko 15 mint tuk milaty rahein.phir iss amezy ko ½ kilo pani mein daal kar halki anch per rakh dein.jub sheera nazar any lagy tu utar kar thunda kar k khaein.behad qoowat bakhsh hay.
10.HABSHI HALWA

4.anguri sirka 40 gram
5.ghee 1 cup

Milk ko eik degchi mein ubal kar rakh dein.eik glas mein tattri pani mein ghoul kar iss ko milk mein mila lein.5 mint baad milk mein chamach chalein.jub milk phat jay tu iss mein brown food color,cheeni eik cup mein ghoul kar sirka dalein.eik cup maida bhi ghoul kar daal dein.or adha ghee bhi daal dein.aab iss degchi ko choohly per charha dein or masalsal chamach chalati rahein.jub degchi ka pani khusk hoo jay tu iss mein baqi ghee bhi daal dein.jub degchi mein say khoob khushboo any lagy tu iss utar kar kissi tary mein daal lein.or jamny k liye choor dein.halwa thanda hoony per iss k tukry kat lein.or barik kata howa dried fruit iss mein mix kar lein.shaam ki chay k sat hiss ko khaein.
11.SOOJI BASAN KA HALWA

Sub say pheely ghee ko eik pain mein garam kar lein.phir iss mein ilachi daal lein.phir issi pain mein basan or sooji daal kar achi tarah bhoony.jub bhoon jay tu eik plate daal kar rakh lein.eik dagchi mein pani or cheeni dal kar 5 mint k liye pakein.jaisy hi sheera bany tub sooji or basan daal kar bhoon lein.jub doono ashiya mix ho jaein tu kishmish daal kar bhoon lein.phir milk daal kar achi tarah chamach chalein.yahan tuk k sub cheezein mix ho kar phool jaein.aab halwa tayyar hay.eik thali mein chiknai laga kar halwa pheela kar daal lein.iss k upper pisty or badam saja dein.thunda hoo jay tu kat kat sarve karein.
12.DAAL CHAT PATTI

Masoor ki paki hoi daal agar mooti mooti ho tu kisi grinder mein daal kar pees lein.phir kissi pain mein pani daal kar issy pakaein.2 ya 3 mint baad halki anch kar dein.imli ka pani mix kar lein pir utar lein.bhigar k ajza mix kar ky issy kar karaein.yeh bhigar daal per daal dein.garm garm chapatti k sath khaein.nahayat lazzez hay.
13.GOLDEN DAAL

8.namak mirch hasbe zaiqa

Eik bary bartan mein daal dalein or allo piyyaz mix kar lein.itna pakein k tammam cheezein naram par jaein.eik chamach ki maddad say allo ko baqi cheezon mein mix kar lein.taky allo k tukray na rah jaein.thory say milk mein atta ghoul lein.daalon mein atta or baqiya milk shamil kar lein.or hara dhaniya bhi thoora sa chirak dein.sub cheezon mein lemon ka russ 2 tbs milla kar rakh lein.thoori dair baad dagchi ko darmiyani anch per rakh kar ubal day dein.phir utar lein katty howy lemon or hary dhany say saja dein.
14.DAAL PALAK
AJZA   1.daal 250 gram  2.garlic 2 tbs    3.darcheeni 2 inch ka
4.hari mirch 2 katti hoi    5.haldi ½ tbs  6.oil 3 tbs   7.lall mirch powder 1 tbs

Daal ko pani mein daal kar achi tarah dhoo lein.iss k baad iss mein namak daal kar charha dein.phirr is k under haldi powder ,darcheeni or jitna pani chahy daal kar charha dein.aap eik darmiyani anch per oil garam karein.iss kay under garlic dalein or gulabi hony dein.aab iss kay under hari mirch daal dein.or kuch second pakein.phir lall mirch shamil karein.fri pain k under abb tayyar palak daal dein.dhakan dhak dein or doono cheezein mila dein.or dum dein.jub khusboo any lagy tu dish mein nikal lein.or mehmaoono ko serve karein.
15.SADI MASOOR KI DAAL

Bhigar k liye

Daal achi tarah say garam pani say dhoo kar teen piali daal kar piyyaz kay sath halki anch per charha dein.jub pani khusk hoo jay tu lakri k chamch say ghoot kar sara masala dal dein or pakny dein.sabat hari mirchein bhi dal dein.jub hari mirch gal jay tu bhigar bana kar dal dein.aap ki dish tayyar hay.
