Homemade Face Packs for Dry Skin

Dryness of skin is a common problem. There are several reasons of skin dryness that include weather change, too much exposure to sun, chemical based soaps, dehydration, usage of some particular medicines and many more.

One can easily find loads of cosmetics, creams and lotions to treat dryness of skin. Most of these products incorporate harmful chemicals that can be harmful on the skin. In comparison to these harmful products, home remedies are safe and do not leave adverse effects on the skin.

An unexpected date or a function is in two days and if you do not have time to spend your valuable time at a beauty parlor, then do not worry; here are 10 homemade face packs that can be made easily. Natural face packs are always the best products that can make your skin look ravishingly smooth and glowing.

Cucumber Face Pack:

Mash a cucumber, mix it well with 1 tablespoon of sugar, and keep this mixture in refrigerator for a while. Apply this face pack on your face after it cools down and let it stay for 10 minute. Rise with water and pat dry.

Banana Face Pack:

Mash a ripe banana, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix well. Apply this paste on your face and neck and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash with water and pat dry.

Yogurt and Rose water Face Pack:

Combine 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 2-tablespoon honey and 2-tablespoon rose water in a bowl and add in rose petals. Blend to make a smooth paste. Apply this scented paste on your face and neck and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash with cold water and pat dry. You will see visible results.

Watermelon Face Pack:

Mix 2 tablespoon of cucumber juice with watermelon juice, 1 tablespoon yogurt and 1 tablespoon milk together. Apply on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash with cool water and pat dry.

Oatmeal Face Pack:

Mix together 2 tablespoons of oats and 1-tablespoon yogurt and a bit of honey. Mix well and apply this thick paste on your face. Let it stay for around 10 minutes. Wash with water and pat dry.

Avocado Face Pack:

Mix half avocado and ¼ cup honey together to form a smooth paste. Cleanse your face and apply on your face and neck for 10 minutes. Wash after 10 minute and pat dry your skin.

Gram flour Face Pack:

Mix together 2- tablespoons of gram flour and 1- tablespoon yogurt to form a thick smooth paste. Apply the past on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash with cool water and pat dry.

Egg and Honey Mask:

Mix egg white with 1- tablespoon of honey properly. Apply the mixture on your face and let it be there for 15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry.

Milk Face Pack:

Mix 1- tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon almond paste, 1 tablespoon aloe Vera gel, 1 tablepoon honey and 2 drops of essential oil. Mix all the ingredients well and apply the paste on your face. Let it be there for 15 minutes and rinse with water.
