Akshay Kumar- Bollywood’s True “Khiladi”

There came a time in his career when he reached the ninth cloud, his fame overtaking that of the bad shah of Bollywood namely King khan. His rates for a movie were found to be high enough than much admired hero Shahrukh khan. Akshay Kumar managed to turn the tables in his favor and give Khan and adrenaline rush after Hrithik Roshan who also pushed Shahrukh behind for a while with the release of his debut film kahoNa pyaar hai.

Akshay Kumar can do anything when it comes to acting. Born with a natural flair for acting, Akshay Kumar started off as an actor made for romantic films and action movies. However, with the passage of time, he changed his course and experimented with funny movies. Looks like he was meant to find success in this genre after all and he did. Hera pheri turned out to be the first in the line of the successful movies. Nonetheless, since there were two other actors who has their first chance in the movie as comedians, Akshay has to wait! This is when in a few years he ended up making countless comedy films and the widely acclaimed film Singh is king was a blockbuster hit and won him an award opposite Amir Khan’s best seller movie Taare Zameen per.

Well, after this one great offer, there was no turning back for him. He continued ahead.Akshay Kumar was born on September 9 in Amritsar in the year 1967. His height is 6’1 considered to be a tall actor. He married an all- time favorite dimple kapadia’s daughter twinkle khanna in the year 2001 who paused her work career proceeding in the direction of a successful marriage with him. Their child is named Aarav Kumar whose birth year is 2002 on 15th September.

Akshay’s father is Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia and his family moved in the later years to Mumbai where he grew up in the Mumbai locality called Sion Koliwada. Akshay is believed to be an all-rounder. He is a great comedian as proven by his recent films, an unbeatable martial artist, and a great host as evidenced from his recent anchoring in the cooking show on Star Plus, an action hero and a producer too.

Akshay Kumar made an excellent entry with his film Khiladi which brought him the title of Khiladi and then he moved on to experimenting with different genres. He received fame for his action works in the 1990’s and then he saw a few blockbuster hits such as Mohra in 1994 and Sabse Bade Khiladi which released in the year 1995. Furthermore, he even managed to attempt films like Dhadkan in 2000 and Yeh Dillagi which was a 1994 movie.

Akshay Kumar’s switch from action and romance to lighter comedy films came about at the change of the millennium. He decided to enter into a different kind of genre which came to him as a challenge when he acted in a comedy film called hera pheri. However, he found a comedian inside of him and he let it grow as a result of which, his career scaled to heights!
