Aash: An Iranian Food Recipe

Aash is an Iranian dish with a twist. In Asian countries, many like aash. It is light yet very yummy and healthy recipe. For all those looking for a new and unique recipe that is not only easy to make but delicious to eat, aash is the right choice for them. Chickpeas: 250 grams

Spaghetti: (boiled) 2 cups save ½ cup water from boiled spaghetti

Onion:  1 cup (chopped)
Salt: 1 teaspoon (heaped)

Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon (heaped)
Soda bi carb: 1 teaspoon
All spice powder: ½ teaspoon
Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon

Chili powder: 1 teaspoon (heaped)
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon (heaped)
Tomatoes: (blended) 2

Ingredients for mince:
Mince: ½ kg
Turmeric: ¼ teaspoon
Tomatoes: 2 (blended)

Yogurt: ½ cup
Onion: (chopped) 1 cup

Crushed red pepper: 1 teaspoon
Oil: ½ cup

Chili powder: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Onion: (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon

Soak chick peas overnight or at least for 7 to 8 hours in the day time. After that, drain water and rub soda and leave for 2 hours. Wash again after 2 hours and cook with all the other seasonings. Add 3 to 4 cups water. Cook until chickpeas are tender. When done, slightly mash chickpeas they should have liquid left to dry. Add all spice and give bhaghar with quarter cup oil and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
Method for mince:
Cook stir fried mince with all the given ingredients and keep aside.
To serve:
Beat half kg yogurt with half teaspoon salt and black pepper half teaspoon. Put hot chickpeas in a dish. Spread with a layer of a spaghetti. Add stir-fried mince on top. Lastly top with yogurt. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, brown onion 3 tablespoons and serve hot.
