Delicious Egg and Mushroom Buns Recipe  Ingredients:

Burger buns: 4
Ketchup: 4 tablespoons
Eggs: 4
Cheese grated: 4 tablespoons
Butter: 2 teaspoons

Crushed red pepper: For garnishing

Mushrooms sliced: 4 tablespoons
Onion chopped: 3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper: ½ teaspoon each
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
Delicious Egg and Mushroom Buns Recipe  Preparation Method:

Slice the top of each bun and scoop out nicely to make a hollow bun leaving quarter inch wall all around to each piece. Spread some ketchup in the hollow part of all the bun tops. Butter the edges of each and the sides of the buns and keep aside. Heat 1½ tablespoons of butter in a pan. Fry onions until they are soft. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and add salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture in the hollow buns one by one. Break the raw egg in a bowl and gently spread it over the mushroom mixture. Be careful not to break the egg yolk in the bun. Repeat the same with all the buns one by one. Sprinkle cheese over the egg. You can use any cheese you like the most. Bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle top with crushed red chili and coriander leaves.
