Delicious Peanut butter Cupcakes – Baking Recipes

Ingredients To Be Used:
Butter: 55 grams

Vanilla essence: 1 tea spoon
Crunchy peanut butter: 115 grams
Light brown sugar: 225 grams

Eggs: 2
Milk: 1 cup
Flour: 1 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 2 tea spoons (leveled)
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 deg c. Then beat sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl. Once they get smooth, add peanut butter and stir them all well. Beat the eggs and gradually add the vanilla essence. Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture using a spatula while gradually add the milk. Now pour the mixture in cupcake tray or paper made cup cakes. Make sure they are greased with butter or oil. Bake the cupcakes for 25 min or until firm to touch. Finally leave to cool and serve with tea or also it a good choice to be served in birthday parties or hi-teas.
