Delicious Vegetable Bun Recipe

Ingredients for roll:
Flour: 1 kg
Butter: 3 ounces

Eggs: 2
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Water: to knead
Salt: 1 tsp
Instant yeast: 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Filling:
Potatoes: 1 chopped
Carrots: ½ cup
Salt: 1 tsp

Oil: 2 tbsp
Green chilies: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 2 tsp
Capsicum: 1 small
Peas: ½ cup
Cauliflower: 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
Water: As required
Method for filling:
First of all heat the oil and fry the ginger garlic paste in it. Then add all the vegetables one by one, chopped into small bits with salt, black pepper, and green chilies with little amount of water.
Method of roll:
In a bowl add flour 1 kg, sugar 3 tbsp, eggs 2, Salt 1 tsp, butter 3 ounces, instant yeast 2 tbsp and knead them all to make it smooth and soft dough with lukewarm water as required. Now leave the dough to rise for 45 minutes and then make into desired shapes as per your liking, and fill with vegetable filling, cover them and let them rise again, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes on 200 degree C. Serve it warm and enjoy with your family. Delicious vegetable buns will make your tea times and breakfast more delightful.
