Homemade Milk Bread Recipe

Flour: 500 grams
Instant yeast: 2 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Butter or oil: 2 tbsp heaped
Sugar: 3 tbsp (heaped)

Eggs: 2
Milk powder: 2 tbsp heaped
First of all  take a bowl mix all of the ingredients together and knead with lukewarm water so that it turns out to be a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rise for an hour at room temperature in summers or any other warm place in cold weather. Leave it till it gets double in size. After that, shape the dough into bread. Put it in loaf bread tin and let it rise again. Make sure you grease the pan or tin with oil or butter.  Bake in a preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes on 200 C. Take it out after 20 minutes and let it cool down at room temperature. Cut it into slices as soon as it gets cold. Yummy milk bread is ready to be served. You can have it in breakfast or at tea time.
