Melt-in-the-Mouth Garlic Herb Rolls Recipe

Melt-in-the-Mouth Garlic Herb Rolls Ingredients:

Flour: 4 cups
Milk: 4 tablespoons

Yeast: 2 ½ teaspoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Eggs: 1+1
Garlic paste: 2 tablespoon Butter/ Oil: ¼ cup
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Coriander chopped: 1 tablespoon

Mixed herbs: 1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds: 2 tablespoons

Melt-in-the-Mouth Garlic Herb Rolls Method:

First, you need to knead the dough and let it rise for couple of hours. For any recipe in which you  need dough as a base, you must be careful enough that your dough turns out perfect. Else, you will not have your desired results. Coming up to the recipe, first you need to knead the dough by adding in all the ingredients such as flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and an egg. Knead until the dough turns smooth and soft. For yeast, first dissolve in luke warm water and let it rise for some time. Then mix it in the dough ingredients. Once you are done with kneading, you will leave the dough for an hour to rise. It is good to cover the dough. After an hour punch down and let it rise more for half an hour or so. Now after that, spread the dough-using rolling pin and give it a rectangular shape. Now spread butter over it and sprinkle mixed herbs and coriander as well. Roll it shaping into a long rope. Cut one-inch piece evenly. Place them all in a greased baking tray. Place them all joined. Place the tray covered for rising for an hour or so. Before putting them into oven brush rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes.
