Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe

Pineapple Bundt Cake Ingredients:
Butter (softened): 8 ounces
Sugar: 1 ½ cups
Eggs (beaten): 2
Egg Whites: 2
Pineapple Essence: ½ teaspoon
Flour (sieved): 2 2/3 cups
Baking Powder (sieved): 1 teaspoon
Pineapple (crushed & un-drained): 8 ounces
For Glaze:
Icing Sugar: 1 cup
Milk: 2 tablespoons
Pineapple Essence: 2 drops

Pineapple Bundt Cake Method:
This recipe is very simple and turns out really well. To start making pineapple bundt cake, you need to beat butter and sugar in a bowl until it’s light and fluffy. Now take another bowl and beat eggs, egg whites, pineapple essence and sieved mixture of flour and baking powder. Now continue beating well after each addition. Then add this mixture to the butter mixture. After that stir in pineapples.
Make sure you do not mix hard. Be gentle and mix properly. After mixing, pour it in a 10 inch flattened loaf pan and bake on 180 degree for 55 minutes in a preheated oven. Cook it for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to wire rack.

For glaze:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle it over the cake.  Your pineapple bundt cake is ready to serve. Enjoy with tea or coffee or as it is.
