Beef Chilli Recipe – Beef Recipes


Undercut beef slices: ½ kg

Oil:1/4 cup

Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon

Crushed red pepper: 2 teaspoons

Roasted and powdered white cumin: 1 teaspoon

Whole spice powder: ½ teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Tomato slices: 3

Yogurt: 2 tablespoons

Green chilli strips: 8

Capsicum strips: 1

Corn Flour: 1 teaspoon


First, take a pan and add in ¼ cup oil and heat up. Now add in ginger garlic paste and tomato slices. After that add 2 tablespoons yogurt, ¼-teaspoon turmeric powder, 2-teaspoon chilli flakes, 1-teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon whole spice powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Now add in undercut slices and mix well. Add in some water and cover the lid so that beef is tender. Now add in green chilli and capsicum strips and stir well. In last, add in corn flour mixed in water to thicken the gravy. Serve hot with Chinese or egg fried rice.
