Chicken Tikka Bread Roll- Ups Recipe


Chicken boneless: 250 grams (cut into tiny cubes)
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste: Half teaspoon
Chicken tikka masala (readymade): 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 1tablespoon
Sweet chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
Chili garlic sauce: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Cheddar cheese (grated): Half cup
Bread slices: 8



Take a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then add half teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Let it cook for a minute then add chicken cubes and cook till the color changes. Now add seasonings that are; chicken tikka masala, soya sauce, sweet chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well and add ¼ cup water in it. After ten minutes the mixture will be dry and cooked properly. Remove from flame and allow it to cool down. Flatten bread slices using a rolling pin one by one and fill with chicken mixture. Seal the corners with egg white. Repeat the process to all the bread slices and finally dip in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Keep aside and heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry these rolls and remove when turn golden from all sides. Cut the rolls into two or three pieces and serve with sweet chili sauce or any sauce you like.
