Sole fillets: ½ kg make into small pieces
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
All spice powder: 1 teaspoon heaped
Garlic: 1 teaspoon (crushed)
White cumin roasted n crushed: 1 teaspoon
Corn flour: 2 tablespoon
Take sole fish fillet and cut them in small pieces. It is up to you if you want to cut in cubes or strips. In a separate bowl mix all the spice well that are; chili powder, salt, lemon juice, egg, all spice powder, crushed garlic, white cumin roasted and crushed and corn flour. Marinate fish in this mixture for 1 hour or more if you have ample time. Heat oil in a wok, and fry fish pieces on medium flame. Remove fish pieces when turn golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy with tamarind or plum sauce.
