Creamy or Malai Seekh Kabab Ingredients:

Beef mince: ½ kg

Onion: 2 (chopped)

Green chilli: 10

Mint leaves: 15 to 20

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Cream: 3 tablespoons

Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon

Whole spice powder: 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Creamy or Malai Seekh Kabab Method:

In order to make malai or creamy seekh kabab all you need to do is to put the ingredients that are; half kg beef mince, 2 chopped onions, 10 green chilies, 15 to 20 mint leaves, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons cream, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon whole spice powder and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste in a food processer. Grind them all really well so that a smooth paste is formed. Now pour in the kabab mixture in a bowl and then give seekh kabab shape by using skewers. Grill kababs or bake them in oven. Choice is all yours. Then you can serve with mint dip and onion rings and tomatoes.
