Delicious Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Chicken Chow Mein Ingredients:

Chicken boneless slices: 1 cup

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Salt: 1 ½ teaspoon

Corn Flour: 1 table spoon

Whipped egg: ½

White pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Cabbage sliced: 2 cup

Capsicum: 1

Egg noodles: 1 packet

Chilli sauce: 2 tablespoons

Soya sauce: 2 tablespoons

Crushed garlic: 1 teaspoon

Onion: 1 sliced

Carrot: 1 sliced

Green Onion: 1 cup chopped

Oil: ¼ cup

Ketchup: ¼ cup

Chicken Chow Mein Method:

First, marinate chicken slices with 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon white pepper, ½ teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoon soya sauce, 1tablespoon corn flour and whipped egg for about 15 minutes or even more. Then keep it aside. Take a wok and boil water in it. Then add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil in it and add egg noodles. Boil them for 10 minutes and strain excess water. Add a few drops of oil in then so that noodles do not get sticky. Now take a pan and add ¼ cup of oil. Then fry crushed garlic in it for a minute. Fry till it turns golden in color. Now add sliced onion in it and fry a little. Then add chicken slices as well. Cook for a minute. Then add 2 cups of cabbage, 1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 2tablespoons soya sauce, ¼ cup ketchup, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon sugar I packet of boiled egg noodles and toss well. Now finally add green onion and serve in a dish. Make sure you cook on high flame so that the colors of vegetables do not change and they look fresh and vibrant.

This is a great dish for pasta lovers. For kids who do not like vegetables and meat, this is a great combination of carbohydrates and vitamins altogether in a single dish. For mothers who are always found worried that their kids do not eat well. They can entertain them with this light yet healthy dish.
