Haryali Kabab Ingredients:
Beef Mince (grinded twice): ½ kg
Green Chili Garlic Sauce: 3 tablespoons
Raw papaya: 1 teaspoon
All spice powder: 1 teaspoon
Egg yolk: 1
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Water: ¼ cup
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 2 tablespoons for frying
Bread (soaked): 1 slice soaked in water
Haryali Kabab Method:
Take a bowl and put in mince into it. Now add spices like green chili garlic sauce, raw papaya, all spice powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder and mix well. Now add raw papaya and bread slice. Mix them altogether. You can chop in a chopper machine to make it fine in texture. If there are ingredients that are not finally chopped or so, the kababs will tear into pieces. Leave the mixture for an hour or even more if you have some time. Before frying add oil in a pan and give mince your desired kabab shape. You can use skewers to give them seekh kabab look. Fry all over and in the end give dum of charcoal. Serve hot with salad that should include onion rings, tomatoes and lemon. All these compliment well with these kababs. You can even serve mint and yogurt dip with these haryali kababs.
