Delicious Sweet Pan Cake Rolls Recipe – Cooking Recipes

Pan cakes are hot favorite for long and many people love them a lot. With plethora of recipes ranging from sweet to salty pan cakes can be cooked and enjoyed by people regardless of their likes and dislikes. Following is a recipe of sweet pan cake rolls for those who pan cakes and wish to make them at home. They are easy to make and you will simply enjoy them for sure.

Ingredients for pancakes:

Refined flour: 1 ½ cup

Water: 1 cup

Eggs: 2

Salt: ¼ tsp

Ingredients for filling:-

Fresh Coconut: 2 cups grated

pistachios: 1/2 cup chopped

Milk: 3 tbsp

Sugar: 4 tbsp

Cardamom powder: 1 tsp

Almonds: ½ cup chopped

Directions for cookingpancakes:

First of all mix coconut, sugar, almonds, pistachios, cardamom and milk in a pot and cook for few seconds. Remove from heat and let it cool. In order to make pancakes batter, mix refined flour, eggs, salt and water to make thin batter, mix them all well just to make sure there are no lumps. Then, grease a non-stick frying pan. Make crepes by pouring a deep spoon full of batter in the pan and spreading it evenly. Make sure the pancakes are thin, thick batter layer will not make up good pancakes.  Also check out when crepes start leaving the pan, this is the sign that they are ready. As soon as you notice pancakes leaving the pan, remove them from heat.

In the last, fill in the nuts mixture and roll the pancakes to make sweet pancake rolls and enjoy in brunch or breakfast!
