Delightful Ginger Cookies Recipe

Flour: 12 ounces or 1 ½ cup

Butter: 200 grams
Egg: 1
Brown sugar: 6 ounces
Ginger powder: 1 tsp heaped
Soda by carb:  ½ tsp
Burn sugar syrup: 2 tbsp

Ginger Cookies Procedure:

Take a bowl and add butter, brown sugar, egg, dried ginger powder, soda by carb, burn sugar syrup and  beat altogether for at least 5 minutes using and egg beater. After that, add in the sieved flour. Sieving flour for at least 3 to 4 times will make air to flow properly. Now beat till it forms into crumbs. Now leave beater and mix with hands to form into smooth soft dough.  Then roll dough, cut with plain cookie cutter. You can choose your favorite design too. After that, prick cookies with fork, spread on an ungreased cookie sheet or a greased tray and leave it for baking on 180 degree C in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes leave take them out and let the cookies cool down and serve it with tea. Your friends and family will love them since they are delicious, different than the usual cookies and when made at home will make your tea time more delightful and enjoyable.
