Easy Fried Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Fried Chicken Sandwich Ingredients:

Chicken breast: 2

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Mustard paste: ½ teaspoon

For batter:

Flour: 2 tablespoons

Corn flour: 1 tablespoons

Egg: 1

Baking powder: ½ teaspoon

Salt: ¼ teaspoon

Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon

Water: As required

Burger buns: 2

Iceberg lettuce: ½ cup

Cabbage: ½ cup

Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoon

Tomato: 1

Fried Chicken Sandwich  Directions:

First, take 2 chicken breasts and marinate them with half teaspoon of salt, half-teaspoon black pepper and half teaspoon of mustard paste for 15 to 30 minutes and leave aside. Now heat oil in a pan and make batter for chicken to fry. Mix all the ingredients of batter together and mix well. Dip chicken pieces and fry in oil for around 7 to 8 minutes until the chicken becomes golden in color. Now dish out and cut two burger buns in half. Spread butter and mayonnaise on each side and place chicken pieces. Top with mix salad, mayonnaise, ketchup or chilli garlic sauce and tomato slices. Now cover each bun and serve with fries. It is a perfect snack for teatime and for kid’s lunch boxes.
