Eggless Pineapple Soufflé Recipe


Pineapple can: 1 chopperized and discard the juice
Cream whipped: 2 cups
Pineapple jelly: 2 packets
Condense milk: 1 can

This is one of the simplest recipes you must have tried before. Desserts are usually all time favorite of many and they like having different types of sweets and desserts. Mostly people prefer having sweet dishes after dinner. This is why they prefer light and quick dessert recipes. That are easy to cook or prepare and yummy to eat. Pineapple soufflé recipe is very simple and do not takes much time to prepare. You can try it and will enjoy it for sure.

For pineapple soufflé, first of all, you need to dissolve pineapple jelly in 2 cups of water. Take a sauce pan for this purpose and heat up 2 cups of water in it. Add in two packets of pineapple jelly crystals and keep stirring. Do not cook on high flame. Medium flame will work well for you. Once jelly crystals are dissolved completely remove sauce pan from flame and pour the mixture in a steel pan. Let it cool down and then refrigerate for half an hour. This time will be enough for jelly to set. We do not need to set jelly properly. Half set jelly will do the best. Meanwhile, when the jelly is left for setting, take a bowl and beat fresh cream with condense milk. Whip properly and dissolve half set jelly in the mix. After that, add in crushed pineapples and mix well. Pour the mix in a truffle bowl and put to set for 2 to 3 hours. Decorate with pineapples chunks, cherries and whipped cream.
