Famous Chinese Dishes Which Are Easy For Beginners

Baked chicken wings are one of the most famous Chinese dishes out there. Not only because of the taste but because it is quite easy for beginners. The flavor will be outstanding just like you went to the nearest Chinese restaurant and ordered take out. You will be so amazed that you were able to accomplish this that you may never have to eat out at a restaurant again! We’ll see! The ingredients which you will need is of course chicken wings, 1 tbsp. honey, 4 tbsp. hoisin sauce, 3 tbsp. warm water, ¾ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 scallion, and 1 minced slice of fresh ginger. All items except the hoisin sauce you may already have in your kitchen. You want to marinate the chicken wings in the mixture of honey, hoisin sauce, water, salt, pepper, garlic, scallion, and ginger. I would suggest over night to give it more of a great flavor throughout the entire chicken wing. Heat your oven to 350 degrees and place the chicken wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Brush throughout the cooking time with the remaining marinade. Turn oven on broil after the cooking time and leave on for about 5 minutes rotating the wings half way through. Finger licking good!

Fried rice is another famous Chinese dish which you will notice is served with almost every meal. It is also easy for beginners to attempt to make for your Chinese night at home. You will need 1-2 green onions, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp. salt, pinch of pepper, 4 tbsp. oil, 4 cups of cold cooked rice, and 1-2 tbsp. of soy sauce. Beat the egg with salt and pepper. You then want to warm your wok up and add 2 tbsp. of oil to coat the pan. When the oil is hot you want to add the eggs and make sure you stir them until they are scrambled but not too dry. Remove the eggs and set aside for the meantime. Clean the pan and then add an addition 2 tbsp. of oil and heat up over the stove. Add your rice and fry for a few minutes stirring it. Add your soy sauce to your tasting and then add the egg back into the pan once the rice is heated up. Chop your green onion fine and add to your rice and egg.
