Onion (finely chopped): 2 tablespoons

Green Chicken Manchurian Method:
Take boneless chicken and cut into cubes. Marinate chicken cubes with salt, corn flour, egg and vinegar. Mix well and put aside for a while.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add crushed garlic and chopped green chilies and fry well. After 2 minutes add marinated chicken and cook well. Once chicken is done, add green chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and fry well. Now add one cup of water or chicken stock if available. Cook for a while and thicken the paste using corn flour mixed in some water. Once it reaches required consistency, remove from flame and serve in a sizzler with Chinese rice or egg fried rice.
