Malai Tikka Biryani Recipe – Biryani Recipes

Malai Tikka Biryani Ingredients:

Boneless chicken: Half kilogram
Rice: Half kilogram soaked
Slightly green tomatoes: 4
Green Chilies (ground): 2 tablespoons
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon whole
Salt: 1 ½ teaspoons
Cumin roasted and crushed: 2 teaspoons
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Cream: 1 cup
Green cardamom: 4
Yellow color: quarter teaspoon
Screw Pine Water: 1 tablespoon
Mint Leaves: 1 bunch
Oil: Half cup
Yogurt: 1 cup
Butter: 2 ounces
Coal: 1 piece

Malai Tikka Biryani Method:

Take a bowl and marinate boneless chicken with salt, yoghurt, cream, coarsely crushed black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and cardamom, ginger garlic. Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes. Heat oil, and add green sliced tomatoes, and fry well. When the tomatoes soften, add in marinated chicken and fry. Now cover and cook until chicken is tender and tomatoes are mixed well. Heat 2 ounces of butter in another pan, add grinded green chilies, salt and the soaked rice fry for 5 minutes. Add water and cover and cook until rice are boiled well. Remove rice from centre and add the chicken mixture, put one bunch of mint and kewra water and food color, leave it on dam. Lastly give dam on coal. Serve hot with mint or yogurt dip.
