Qeema Naan Recipe

Ingredients:

For Naan Dough:
Flour: 2 cups
Oil: ¼ cup
Yeast: 1 tablespoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Curd: 2tablespoons
Warm Water: As required
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Filling ingredients :
Beef minced: 250 grams
Small sized onion: 1
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
Red chili powder: ½ teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
Green chilies: 3-4
Green Coriander: ¼ cup
Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
Crushed red chili: ½ teaspoon
Chopped green Coriander: ½ teaspoon
White cumin: ¼ teaspoon

Method:

For filling, heat oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion until it changes color to pink. Then add 250 grams minced beef and 2 teaspoons of garlic ginger paste. Mix well and allow frying on medium flame. Mince will change the color, now add ½ teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, garam masala powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon crushed red chili and ¼ teaspoon white cumin powder in it. Mix well and allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. When mince is tender then add ¼ cup green coriander and 3-4 chilies and turn off the flame. Then let the mixture cool down.
For making dough, take 2 cups of flour and add in 1 tablespoon of instant yeast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoon of curd and some water. Knead it well to make smooth dough. Make sure
