Refreshing Island Shake Recipe

Mango pulp: 1 cup
Chilled water: ½ cup
Pineapple and mango cubes: For garnish

Pineapple juice: ½ cup
Coconut milk powder: 2 tablespoons
Crushed ice: 1 cup

Caster sugar: 2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream: 3 scoops
Mint leaves: For garnish
Pineapple and mango cubes: For garnish


Put all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender machine. Blend 1-cup mango pulp, ½-cup pineapple juice, 2-tablespoon coconut milk powder, 2 tablespoons caster sugar, water, 3 scoops ice cream well, serve chilled, and garnish with mint leaves, pineapple and mango cubes.
