Reshmi Fried Kabab Recipe

Reshmi Kabab Ingredients:

Chicken mince: Half kilogram
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Desiccated coconut (ground): 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Spring Onions (finely chopped): 1/2 cup
White pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilies (ground): 6
Gram flour: 2 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon (Heaped)
Meat tenderizer: 1 teaspoon (Heaped)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Onions (finely chopped): 1 cup

Reshmi Kabab Method:

Take a deep bowl and put chicken mince. Make sure you wash the chicken pieces well before putting them into mincing machine. Once you are done with it, marinate chicken with all the given ingredients that are; desiccated coconut, salt, sprig onions, white pepper, green chilies, gram flour, red chili powder, meat tenderizer, ginger garlic paste and chopped onions for 4 hours. Again, put marinated chicken mince in a grinder or chopper machine until smooth. Now take wooden skewers put mince around give shape of reshmi kabab and pan fry using butter in a frying pan. Serve with naan or  chapati and enjoy the traditional taste of reshmi kabab.  If you like, you can give smoke using a coal. It will enhance the taste of kabab.
