Spicy Fried Fish Recipe – Masalay Wali Machli

Boneless Fish cubes: ½ kilogram
Carom seeds: ½ teaspoon
Chaat masala: ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic: 1 tablespoon
Flour: 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: ½ teaspoon
White pepper: ½ teaspoon
Vinegar: 3 tablespoon
Oil: for deep frying
Egg: 1

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients that are chaat masala, carom seeds, ginger and garlic paste, flour, lemon juice, salt, chili powder, turmeric, white pepper, vinegar and make a paste. Wash and dry fish cubes and dip fish pieces in this batter for 1 hour or more. Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with fries and sauce.
