Spicy Roast Lamb Chops Ingredients:

Lamb chops:  ½ kg

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon

Crushed black pepper: 1 ½ teaspoons

Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons

Cumin: 1 teaspoon (roasted and powdered)

Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon

Yogurt: 1 tablespoon

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Green Chilli: 4

Oil: As required


Spicy Roast Lamb Chops Method:

For mutton lovers this is a very unique and delicious dish. Many of the mutton lovers try to try new and simple recipes of mutton that are traditional yet easy to make and different in taste as that of usual and routine mutton dishes like qorma and Karahi or bbq dishes. So, for all such people we are presenting a unique yet tempting mutton chops recipe.  In order to make this dish all you need is to marinate mutton chops with all the ingredients mentioned above that are; mutton chops 500 grams or ½ kilograms, 1 tablespoon salt, ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon, 1 ½ teaspoons of crushed black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 4 green chilli. Mix them altogether and keep them covered for 2 to 3 hours. This will allow all the ingredients to develop flavor in the chops. For cooking, take a pan and add in some oil. Now put marinated chops in it and cook for 25 to 30 minutes on medium flame. Ones meat is tender dish out chops serve them with mashed potatoes.
