Szechwan Soup Recipe – Top Soup Recipes

Szechwan Soup  Ingredients:

Mince meat: 2 ounces
Chicken (julienned): ½ cup
Prawns: 10
Mushroom (sliced): 4
Capsicums (finely chopped): 3 tablespoons
Stock: 8 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
White Pepper: ½ teaspoon
Spring Onions (finely chopped): 2 tablespoons
Soya Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Chili Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Egg (beaten): 1
Corn flour: ½ cup
Water: ½ cup

Szechwan Soup   Method:

Take a bowl and marinate all the meats with salt and pepper half teaspoon each, soya sauce 1 tablespoon and keep aside. Heat stock in a pan when boiling, add in your marinated meat with all the vegetables and seasonings, cook till boiling, lastly add in beaten egg, thicken soup with corn flour mixed in water and serve hot.
