Tandoori Prawns Recipe

Prawns: Half kilogram
Salt: 1 teaspoon

Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Tandoori masala: 2 tablespoons
Allspice: 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (chopped): 1 tablespoon
Yogurt: 3 tablespoons
Red Chili Powder: 2 teaspoons
Brown Onions (ground): 2 tablespoon
Green Chilies (chopped): 2

Take all the prawns in a bowl. Make sure prawns are clean and washed very well. Marinate the prawns with all the given ingredients that are salt, vinegar, tandoori masala, all spice powder, yogurt, red chilli, and brown onions for 20 min or so. Heat oil in a deep pan and add in marinated prawns. Cook them for 10 – 15 minutes. Keep on mixing while cooking. Give Dum of coal in the end. You can heat a piece of coal on stove and let it burn. Now put a piece of bread in the cooking pan and place the hot coal piece. Drop some oil over the coal piece and cover the pan. Let the smoke remain inside for 10 minutes or so. Dish out and serve garnished with coriander leaves and green chilies.
