Tantalize Your Taste Buds with Fish Tikka Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

Fish boneless cubes: 1/2 kg
Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tbsp
Chaat masala powder: 1/2 tsp
All spice: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Orange color: A pinch

Recipe Method:

First of all wash and dry 1/2 kg fish. Now take a bowl and mix together 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp turmeric, pinch of orange color and 1/2 tsp chaat masala, marinate boneless fish in this paste for 1 hour or more if you have time. Put fish cubes on skewers, now grill bake in oven at 200 degree C for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes, remove and garnish with lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Serve sizzling hot.
