Tasty Fried Chicken Recipe


Chicken: 1 whole (cut into 16 pieces)

Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon

Salt: To taste

Tandoori masala powder: 2 teaspoon

Whole spice powder: ½ teaspoon

Cumin: 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon

Lemon Juice: 2 to 3 lemon

Oil: 2 tablespoon

Water: ½ cup



Take a bowl and put chicken pieces. Make sure you wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and remove excess water. After that make slight cuts on each chicken piece so that it can absorb all the spices easily. Now add chilli powder, salt, tandoori masala powder, whole spice powder, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice. Make sure you keep up with the right quantity. No mix well and keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. When you wish to cook the chicken, take a deep pan or skillet and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Let it be hot and then add the entire marinated chicken. Cook well for ten minutes on high to medium flame. Chicken will release its own water but you can add some water in it to cook well. Now cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Keep on mixing it well continuously. Remove from flame one chicken is tender and the whole water dries out. Serve hot with salad and yogurt dip and enjoy as it is or with chapati or rice.
