Mutton: 1 kg (small pieces, boiled till half done)

Salt: 1 ½ tsp

Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp

Tomato: ½ kg (chopped)

Green chilies: 8 (big ones)

Chili powder: 2 tsp heaped

Clarified butter or oil: ½ cup

Coriander leaves: ½ bunch

Ginger sliced: 2 inch piece

White cumin: 2 tbsp (roasted and coarsely grinded)

Cooking Directions:

First of all boil mutton with 5 to 6 cups of water and ½ tsp salt till half done. Make sure more than half of the water gets dry. Add ginger garlic to it and cover the pan with lid and cook for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add in tomatoes and green chilies again cover for 10 minutes. Now in 10 minutes you will see that the tomatoes will get soft and ginger garlic will be well cooked. Then add chili powder, 1 tsp salt and clarified butter or oil, fry well till mutton gets tender and mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth paste. Finally add coriander leaves, ginger slices and white cumin. Serve with naan. After that all you can do is “enjoy”.
