Yummy Beans Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Boiled chickpeas: 2 cups

Kidney beans (boiled): 1 can

Sweet corn: 1 cup

Onion cubes: ½ cup

Green onion: 3 tablespoon

Tomato cubes: 2

Capsicum cubes: 1

Cucumber cubes: 2

Salt: ¾ teaspoon

Crushed and roasted cumin: 1 teaspoon

Sugar: 1 tablespoon

French dressing: 5 to 6 tablespoons

Ingredients for French dressing:

Oil: ½ cup

Vinegar: ¼ cup

Salt: ½ teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Mustard paste: ½ teaspoon

Garlic paste: ½ teaspoon

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients that is chickpeas, kidney beans, sweet corn, cucumber, onion, green onion, capsicum, salt, crushed and roasted cumin, sugar in a big bowl. Now add French dressing in it and mix it well. For French dressing you need to mix oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, garlic paste altogether in a jar. Shake it well and use it for salad. You can even use it for other salads too.

Yummy beans salad is ready to serve. Put it in a salad dish and decorate it well with lettuce leaves.

You can have this salad for dinners or lunch. For people who are on diet, this is a great salad for them to feel light and energetic at the same time. Make sure you are using fresh ingredients and try not to refrigerate salads since they lose their freshness and taste as well.
