Yummy Cheese Steak Sandwich Recipe


Undercut (thin strips): 400 grams
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder: Half teaspoon
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Hp sauce: 1 tablespoon
Hoi son sauce: 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for garlic and mustard sauce:
Garlic: 4 cloves
Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
Yoghurt: 1/4 cup
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard paste: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Butter: As required
Capsicum (julienned): 1
Onion (julienned): 1
Cheddar cheese (grated): 1 cup
Hot dog buns: 4
Take a bowl and marinate beef undercut with salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, hp sauce, hoi son sauce. Mix well and keep aside. Heat butter in a pan and fry undercut in butter.  Let it cook for a while. When it is half done add in capsicum and onion strips and mix well. Cook on high flame so that the color of vegetables does not change or fade.  Add in cheddar cheese, stir-fry for 2 minute, and remove from flame.
Method for sauce:

Boil garlic in half cup of water, mix with mayonnaise, yoghurt, mustard, salt pepper sugar, and garlic powder, and blend well in a blending machine. Toast buns in a pan and apply garlic sauce on both side place meat and vegetables over it and top with some more cheese cover and serve with fries. Kids will enjoy these sandwiches a lot.
