Pan Cake with Caramelized Bananas – Sweet and soft pan cake recipe is simple to cook. You can serve it with other fruit pulp like mango, fresh cream or jam etc.
White flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Clarified butter or margarine: 1 tsp
Soda: ¼ tsp
Salt: as taste
Vanilla essence: few drops
Milk: 1 cup
For Pan Cake Batter:
First of all take a bowl and put white flour, salt, sugar, soda, milk and egg beat them well with whisk till the batter gets smooth. Make sure the batter is well beaten with no lumps at all. Now put frying pan on the heat then glaze the pan and some clarified butter or margarine. Take a 1 cup sized scoop spoon. Or any other deep spoon and put one scoop of batter into the pan. Make sure you drop the batter in the middle of the pan and spread it evenly all over. Let it cook for a few minutes till it starts leaving the pan itself and remove it. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the batter.
For Caramelized Bananas:
Now take a frying pan, add clarified butter put the peeled bananas and fry them for a couple of minutes till the bananas get caramelized. Remove them from the pan. Now take the pan cake, spread the caramelized bananas on it one by one fold them. Pan cake with caramelized banana is ready.
