Zafarani Qorma Recipe

Qorma Ingredients:

Chicken (12 pcs): 1 kg
Oil: ½ cup
Ginger Garlic: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1½ teaspoon
Red Chili Powder: 2 ½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder: 3 teaspoons
Yogurt: 1½ cup
Brown Onions (ground): 4 tablespoon heaped
Nutmeg (ground): ¼ teaspoon
Maize (ground): ¼ teaspoon
All spice: ¼ teaspoon
Saffron: ¼ teaspoon
Hot Milk: 2 tablespoons
Screw Pine Water: 1 tablespoon

Qorma Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste with chicken. Fry for 5 minutes. After that add salt and chili powder, coriander powder with quarter cup of water. Fry well. Then add yogurt with brown onions. Cover and cook until chicken tender and thick gravy is left. Lastly add all spice, zafran, kewra water. Leave it on dum for 10 minutes. Serve hot with naan and salad.
