Chicken Manchurian Ajza

Chicken breast: 2 adad

Lehsan: 2 pieces

Pissee huee kali mirch: 1/2 tea spoon

Safaid mirch: 1/2 tea spoon

Namak: hasb e zaiqa

Anda: aik adad halka sa phenta hua

Maida: 1/2 table spoon

Cooking oil: 2 tea spoon

Chicken Manchurian Tarkeeb

Aik bowl main chicken, lehsan, kali mirch, safaid mirch, namak, anda, maida aur oil daal kar achi tarah se mix karain aur chicken ko garam oil main deep fry kar lain. Jabb chicken golden brown ho jay tou nikal kar side pe rakh lain.

Chicken Manchurian Garvey Method

Oil: 4 table spoon

Lehsan: 2 pieces

Sabz peyaz: 1 adad (diamond shakal main kaat lain)

Shimla mirch: 1 adad (diamond shakal main kaat lain)

Pineapple slice: 4 adad

Tomato ketchup: 4 table spoon

Chilli garlic sauce: 3 table spoon

Namak: hasbe zaiqa

Pissi huee kali mirch: 1/ 2 tea spoon

Safaid mirch: 1/ 2 table spoon

Lemon juice: 2 tea spoon

Sabz peyaz ka sabz hissa:  1 table spoon

Corn flour: 2 table spoon (thoray se pani main mix kar lain)

Worcestershire : 2 table spoon

Tarkeeb:

Aik pan main oil garam kar ke lehsan ko halka sa fry kar ke sabz peyaz, shimla mirch aur pineapple daal kar 2 second ke liye fry karain, phir fry keya hua chicken, tamato ketchup, chilli souce, namak, kali mirch aur safaid mirch mila ka mix karain aur sath hi adha cup pani daal kar 4 se 5 minutes ke liye pakaen. Pakte hue Worcestershire sauce bhi dal den. 4, 5 mintue baad corn flour daal kar mazeed 2,3 minute ke liye pakaen. Abb lemon juice daal kar dish main daalain aur sabz peyaz ka hissa daal kar laziz manchurian chinese fried rice ke sath khanay k liye paish karain.
