Kashmiri chaye ki pati: 2 table spoon

Meetha soda: 1 chutki

Namak: 1 chutki

Cheeni: hasbe zaiqa

Sabz ilaichi: 3 adad

Baadiyan khatai: 1 adad

Doodh: 3 cup

Yakh thanda pani: 2 cup

Pink Kashmiri Tea Tarkeeb

Aik pan main 2 cup pani ko upalnay ke liye rakh den. Jab ubal jay tou kashmiri pink chaye ki pati, sabz ilaichi aur cheeni daal kar paknay den. Iske baad chaye main meetha soda aur namak daal den, aur choolhay se utar kar achi tarah phentay jaen aur thanda pani daltay jaen. Takreeban 5 minute tak lagatar phentain. Jis cheez se phentna ho ussay takreeban 8 se 10 inch onchai se phentain. Abb chay ko kisi doosray pan mai chaan kar is main dhoodh, baadiyan khatai daal kar 3 , 4 ubalay anay tak pakaen.
