Tempting Chicken Tikka Pizza Recipe in Urdu, Hindi

Ingredients:

Ingrediants for Pizza Dough:

Maida(flour): 2 cups

Cheeni(sugar): 1 teaspoon

Namak(salt): 1 teaspoon

Khameer(yeast): 1 teaspoon

Oregano: ½ teaspoon

Zaitoon ka tail(olive oil): 1 tablespoon

Anda(egg): 1

Khushk doodh(milk powder): 1 tablespoon

Neem garam pani(luke warm water): ½ cup

Tarkeeb(method):

Sub say pehlay khameer aur cheeni ko neem garam paani mein mix ker k phoolnay(to rise) kay liye rakh dain. 10 miinute mein yeh amal mukammal ho jaye ga. Ab mayday(flour) mein namak, anda, oregano, zaitoon ka tail, khushk doodh aur khameer wala pani mila lain aur achi terha goondh lain. Ab isko room temperature per dhaanp ker 2 say 3 ghantay k liye rakh dain ta kay aata phool jaye aur do guna (double) ho jaye.

Pizza Sauce:

Ingredients(ajza):

Payaaz(onion): 1(medium) darmiyanay size ka

Lehson(garlic): 1 say 2 pieces

Tail(oil): 3 teaspoon

Tamater(tomato): 5

Kuti (crushed)hoi laal mirch: ½ teaspoon

Namak(salt): hasb e zaroorat (As required)

Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoon

Oregano: ¼ teaspoon

Tarkeeb(method):

Aik daigchi mein tail (oil) daal ker payaz aur lehson daal ker fry ker lain. Jub payaz naram ho jain tou tamater daal dain. Ab is mein namak, laal mirch aur tomato ketchup bhi shamil ker dain aura achi terha mix ker lain. Ab is mein oregano dal ker paknay k liye rakh dain. Ager paani daalnay ki zaroorat mehsoos karain toou thora sa paani shamil ker lain aur darmiyani aanch per pakaain. Tamater bilkul mix ho ker chatni ki shakal ikhtiyaar ker lain tou samajh lijiye pizza sauce tayyar hai. Ab is ko thanda ker lain.

Chicken Tikka:

Ingredients(ajza):

Chicken bina haddi k (boneless chicken): ½ kg

Namak: hasb e zaroorat

Haldi: ½ teaspoon

Lemooon ka rus: 2 teaspoon

Lal mirch powder: 2 teaspoon

Adrak aur lehson ka paste: 1 teaspoon

Kali mirch powder: ½ teaspoon

Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon

Tail(oil): 2 tablespoon

Jaifal, jawatri(mace and nutmeg): ½ teaspoon

Tarkeeb(Method):

Chicken ki botiyoon(pieces) ko masala lager ker kum say kum 2 sat 3 ghantay k liye rakh dain aur phir bar b que ker lain. Ya phir steam ker ker koilay ka dhowan day dain.

Pizza ki Tarkeeb(Method for Pizza):

Oven ko pehlay say 240 degree centigrade per garam ker lain. Ab pizza kay aatay ko bail lain pizza pan mein phaila dain. Ab is per pizza sauce laga lain au roper say chicken k tukray bhi daal dain. Phir mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese ko kaddo kash ker lain aur opper say daal dain. Ab oven mein 20 minute k liye bake karain aur nikaal lain. Garam garam paish karain.
