Cheeni: 1 cup

Doodh: 1 lit

Khoya: 125 grm

Sabz ilaichi: 2 adad

Badaam pista: hasb e zaroorat

Aik pan main dhoodh, cheeni aur sabz ilaichi daal kar itna pakaen k cheeni mix ho jay aur phir khoya daal kar achi tarah mix kar lain. Abb ubaltay hue dhoodh main atay ki goliyan dal kar dheemi aanch par pankne ke liye rakh den. Jabb golyon ka size double ho jay tou choolhay se utar kar thanda kar lain. Badaam aur pista chirak kar khanay k liye mazedar rasmalai paish kar den.
