1. GAJJAR KA HALAWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Gajar Ke Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.gajar 1 ½ kilo-qado kash kar k apny hi pani mein khusk kar lein.
2.badam hsbe zaroorat-barik katy howy
3.akhroot-adhi piali katy howy
4.chooti ilachi 10 addad barik pees lein.
5.ghee 1piali
6.khusk milk 2 piali
7.cheeni 1 ½ piali

Jub gajroon ka pani khusk hoo jay tu utar kar thunda kar k pees lein.eik karahi mein ghee garam karein jub garam hoo jay tu ilachi daal lein.khushboo any lagy tu gajrein daal kar bhoony or chamach  chalaty rahein.jub ghee alag hoony lagy tu halwa tayyar hay.eik thali mein chiknai laga kar halwa pheela lein.uper say maiwa saja dein.jub thanda hoo jay tu tukray kat lein.

2. BADAM KA HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Badam Ke Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.badam ½ kilo
2.cheeni ½ kilo
3.zafran 4 mashy

Badam Ke Halwa ki Tarkeeb (Recipe):

Badam ko pani mein daal kar choor dein phir iss k chilky utar lein.or badam ki giri pees lein.aab pisy howy badam or cheeni ko khoob mix kar lein.iss mein zafran bhi mix kar lein.magar barik pees kar.iss ajza ko 15 mint tuk milaty rahein.phir iss amezy ko ½ kilo pani mein daal kar halki anch per rakh dein.jub sheera nazar any lagy tu utar kar thunda kar k khaein.behad qoowat bakhsh hay.

3. HABSHI HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Habshi Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.milk 2 kg
2.cheeni ½ kg
3.tattri ½ tbs
4.anguri sirka 40 gram
5.ghee 1 cup
6.maida 4 tbs
7.brown food colour ½ tbs
Habshi Halwa ki Tarkeeb (Recipe):
Milk ko eik degchi mein ubal kar rakh dein.eik glas mein tattri pani mein ghoul kar iss ko milk mein mila lein.5 mint baad milk mein chamach chalein.jub milk phat jay tu iss mein brown food color,cheeni eik cup mein ghoul kar sirka dalein.eik cup maida bhi ghoul kar daal dein.or adha ghee bhi daal dein.aab iss degchi ko choohly per charha dein or masalsal chamach chalati rahein.jub degchi ka pani khusk hoo jay tu iss mein baqi ghee bhi daal dein.jub degchi mein say khoob khushboo any lagy tu iss utar kar kissi tary mein daal lein.or jamny k liye choor dein.halwa thanda hoony per iss k tukry kat lein.or barik kata howa dried fruit iss mein mix kar lein.shaam ki chay k sat hiss ko khaein.

4. SOOJI BASAN KA HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Sooji Ke Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.basan 2 piali
2.chooti ilachi 6 adad barik pees lein
3.tazza milk eik piali
4.cheeni 3 piali
5.ghee 1 piali
6.sooji 2 piali
7.kishmish 12 addad
8.badam or pisty 6 addad
9.pani ½ piali
Soji Ke Halwa Ki Tarkeeb (Recipe):
Sub say pheely ghee ko eik pain mein garam kar lein.phir iss mein ilachi daal lein.phir issi pain mein basan or sooji daal kar achi tarah bhoony.jub bhoon jay tu eik plate daal kar rakh lein.eik dagchi mein pani or cheeni dal kar 5 mint k liye pakein.jaisy hi sheera bany tub sooji or basan daal kar bhoon lein.jub doono ashiya mix ho jaein tu kishmish daal kar bhoon lein.phir milk daal kar achi tarah chamach chalein.yahan tuk k sub cheezein mix ho kar phool jaein.aab halwa tayyar hay.eik thali mein chiknai laga kar halwa pheela kar daal lein.iss k upper pisty or badam saja dein.thunda hoo jay tu kat kat sarve karein.

5. Shakar Qandi Ka Halwa RECIPE IN URDU 

Shakar Qandi ke Halwa ke Ajza (Ingredients):

shakar kandi=1 kilo(bowil kar ke chilke utar lein phir is ko grand kar lein)
ghee=4 t sp
sugar=1 pao
khoya=200 gm

ek bartan main ghee garm kar lein is main grand ki hoi shakar kandi dal dein,phir is main sugar dal dein,or is ko achi tarhan bhon lein phir is main khoya dal dein or jab ye golden rang ka ho jaye to utar lein or is ke upar pista or badam dal kar pesh karein.

6. ANDOON KA HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 

Andon Ke Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.anday 10 addad
2.kali mirch chund katray
3.kuora ½ kg
4.ghee hasbe zaroorat
Andon Ke Halwa Ki Tarkeeb (Recipe):
Eik pialy mein andoon ko toor kar khoob pheant lein.phir iss mein ghee bhi daal dein.or andoon kay sath ghee ko achi tarah mix kar lein.abb iss paste ko kissi pain mein daal kar achi tarah pakaein.or chamach barabar chalati rahein,adhy ghanty baad iss mein cheeni mix kar lein or hilati raehin.dany dar halwa ban jay tu chulhy say utar lein,or chahein tu pista badam chirak dein,or iss kay baad kha lein.

7. ALOO KA HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Aaloo Ke Halwa Ke Ajza (Ingredients):
1.allo ½ kilo
2.balaie ¼ kilo yani eik paoo
3.badam 1 tbs
4.ilachi 4 addad
5.arqe gulab 1 tbs
6.ghee eik paoo
7.cheeni ½ kilo
8.pista 1 tbs
9.zafran eik chutki
Aaloo Ke Halwa Ki Tarkeeb:
Allo ubal kar chilky utar lein.thanda hony per pees lein.phir iss mein zafran ,balai or cheeni khoob mix kar lein,iss ameezy ko ghee mein khoob bhoonein khushboo any or halka brown hoony per utar lein.dish mein nikal kar iss per ilachi or badam saja lein or mazzy say khaein.

8. CHANY KI DAL KA HALWA RECIPE IN URDU 
Chanay Ke Halwa Ke Azja (Ingredients):
1.chany ki daal ½ kilo
2.khushk milk 4 cup
3.chooti ilachi 10 addad chilky sameet pees lein
4.ghee 2 ½ pialie
5.badam 10 addad(garam pani mein bhigo kar chilky utar lein)
6.cheeni 3 piali
8.maiwa hasbe zaroorat sajany k liye
9.pisty 10 addad
Chany Ke Halwa Ki Tarkeeb (Recipe):
Chany ki daal ubal kar barik pees lein.daal bilkul khusk hooni chahy.taky peesny mein asani hoo phir eik pain ya degchi mein ghee daal kar ilachi daal dein.thoori dair baad daal,khusk milk or badam daal kar halki anch per 20 mint k liye bhoony.yaahan tuk k daal brown hony lagy or ghee alag hoony lagy.jub ghee alag ho jay tu eik thali mein chiknai laga kar halwa pheela lein.jub thanda hoo jay tu maiwa daal kar tukray kat lein.halwa tayyar hay.
