Roghni Naan Recipe for 8 Naans

Roghni Naan Ingredients

Maida: 1/2 kg

Namak: 1 tea spoon

Yeast/ Khameer: 1 table spoon

Cheeni: 1 table spoon

Cooking ol: 2 table spoon

Dehi: 1/2 cup

Til: hasbe zaroorat

Makhan: hasbe zaroorat

Roghni Naan Tarkeeb

Maiday main namak, cheeni, khameer, dehi aur oil mix karain aur neem garm pani  main narm sa aata ghondh lain, phir dhak kar rakh den tak ke phool ke double ho jay. Phir aatay ke darmayane size ke 8 pairay bana kar bel lain aur mazeed kuch der ke liye dhak kar rakh den. Abb pani chirak kar pehle se 200 degree oven main paka lain. Jab naan tayyar ho jaen tou ooper brush se makhan laga kar garm garm khanay k liye pesh karain.
