Brown sugar                  6 oz

Akhrot ki giri                ½ cup

Backing powder            1 tbs

 

Filling key liye

 

Chocolate                       4 oz

Sugar                              2 oz

Tareeka

 

Maida brown sugar, ghee, baking powder ko achi tarah mila kar dish mein rakh kar back kar lain iss key baad chocolate ko milk key sath mila kar yakja kar lain, cream aur sugar ko bhi phaint lijye iss mein chocolate bhi mix kar dain. Ab pani ko oven se nikaal kar thanda kar lain jab pani thanda ho jaye to iss par chocolate I filling se design banaiye. Aakhir mein pie par akhrote ki giryan saja dijye.

 

FRUIT DESSERT

Tareeka

 

Raat ko dahi ko baareek malmal ke kapre mein daal kar latka dein. Raat bhar mein dahi ka pani khushk ho jaye ga aur dahi ka pannier taiyar ho jaye ga.

Spaghetti ko tor kar boil kar lein. Apple, banana aur kharbuza ziadah bareek kaat lein.

 

Dahi ke pannier ko achi tarah phaint lein aur is mein milk mila kar khub phaitain. Cream ko kisi bartan mein alag phaitain ab dahi aur doodh ke aameze mein pehle spaghetti milayain aur is ko achi tarah mix karein is ke baad tamam phal aur fresh cream mila dein. Aakhir mein donon essence bhi daal dein aur ise kisi dish mein nikaal kar thanda karne ke liye deep freezer mein rakh dein. Khub thanda hone par serve karein lekin dheyan rahe keh jalne ne paye.

MILK ko ik deghchi main dal lay jab halk garam hojaye to us main SUGAR daal k stir karain ta kay sugar dissolve hogaye to us maain CORNFLOUR dalayn ..per pahlay corn flour ko pani main ghol layn takay ghutlyan na banayn .us k baad CREAM dalayn aahista aahista aur dal tay waqt stir bhi kartay rahayn…phir us main NOODLES aur LAL SHARBAT dal k stir karayn aur 5-10 mint pakayn…jab ghara hojaye to utar layn aur rafhan jelly say decorate karlayn .

 

METHAY SAMOSAY

 

Maida         1/2 kg

Ghee          2 teaspoon

Zira          1 tea spoon

Namak         1 chutki

 

Bharayi ke liye:

 

Khoya            1 pao

Chini (suger)    1/2 cup

Akhrot ( powder) 2 spoon

Suji             1 tea spoon

Kishmish         hasbe zarorat

Pista (powder)   2 spoon

 

Tareeka

 

Maida mein tamam ashya mila kar pani se sakht gond lain aur aik ghantey ke liye rakh dain.

 

Maida key chote size ke peray bana kar bareek chapatti bail lain. Ab iss mein khoya daal kar baqi ko mor kar D ki shakal ke samosey bana lain aur taiz garam ghee mein fry kar lain. Ramzaan key mahine mein namkeen cheezen khane ke baad mithey samose mahmanon ke liye yaqinan lutf ka bais banain gay.

Coconutpisahuya 1 oz

Butter            4 oz

 

Cake sajane key liye

 

eggs white (andey ki sufaid)  2

suger                         2 oz

coconut                       4 oz

 

Tareeka

 

Butter aur suger ko phaint lijye iss mein eggs aur vanilla essence daal kar mazeed phaintain iss key baad iss aamezey mein maida thora thora shamil kar ke paint ti rahain sath hi becking powder bhi mila lain. Aakhir mein coconut ko milk mein ghol ar iss aameza mein mila dain. Oven garm kar key iss aamezey mein mila dain. Oven garam kar key iss aamezey ko cake key sanchey mein daal kar bake kar lain.
