Desi Totkay for Constipation (Qabz) in Urdu – Kabz ka Homemade Ilaj

Dard jo b hi ho bura hy. Bemari jis bhi noeat ki ho takleef deh hy. Qabz (kabz) yani constipation ik aam bemari hy. Hr doosra shks qabz mei mubtla nzr ata hy. Pait mein drd, shdeed uljhn or muslsl tkleef is ki kuch chida chida nishania hein.  Qabz ko door karne ki kbhi koi nuskha or kbhi koi dwa mgr kbz hy ky tootny ka naam hi nhi leta. Agr kuch ahtiati tdabeer ikhtiar ki jein or desi totkay istimal kyey jein to kbz ka ilaj kya ja skta hy. Muslsal kabz sy aantein sooj jati hein or pakhany mein khoon bhi ana shru ho jata hy. Kabz ke ilaj ke liye ghaza ka sehi intekhab aur khanay peene ki routine bohat  aham hai .Qabz ke chand muntakhib totkay pesh hain.

Desi Totkay (Upay) for Constipation or Qabz:

  • Neem grm doodh mein ghee ya mkhn ik chmch mila kr pyein kbz toot jayey ga
  • Ispghol ka chilka raat bhtr pani mein bhigo dein wo phool jaye ga subha neem grm doodh mein mila kr pyein kbz door ho jye ga.
  • Subha nehaar moon neem grm pani mein ik chmch shehd yani honey or ik lemoo ka juice nchor kr peenay sy kbz door ho jata hy
  • Mulathi ko rozana chubany sy kbz nhi hota
  • Arandi ka tail kabz yani constipation main faida deta hai. Lakin iss ka mustakil istemal acha nahin.
  • Dhood, chawal, gosht, fast food aur meetha (cake weghaira)  qabz main achay nahin hotey – qabz k duran inka istemal kam aur phalon aur sabzion ka istemal ziada karen.
  • Dry fruit yani sookha mewa khhas tor pr injeer leny sy kbz nhi hota, or agr ho to khtm ho jata hy

  • Gobhi qabz khatam karne k liye mofeed hai. Khas tour par agar issy ziatoon k tail maina pakaya jay tu yeh aur bhi ziada mofeed hai.
  • Nashpati , akhrot aur strawberries bhi qabz se nijat k liye mofeed cheezain hain.
  • Khanay main daalon kon istemal bhi ziada karen.
  • Pani ki kami bhi qabz ka baes ban sakti hai. Iss liye iss baat ko yaqni banaen k pani ki kami na ho. Khas tour par sobah uthte sath hi pani zaroor peeyen.
  • Nashpati, gajar, lobiya aur aaroo qabz yani constipation dur karne k liye mofeed cheezain hain.
  • 10-15 minutes tez walk karna bhi kabz aur maiday ki takalfon k liye faidamand hota hai
  • Chips, nimko waghairah type ki cheezen qabz kartee hain, inn ka istemal na karen.

Qabz yani constipation ki kai wajoohat ho sakti hain  jin main depression yani zehni pareshani, hamal ya pregnancy , baaz adveyaat jaisa k painkillers ka istemal aur dhoodh dehi ka ziada istemal weghaira ziaada aam wajoohat hain.
