Achi neend ya sleep  kay sunehri asool:

Achi neend ya sleep bhi aik naymat hai or jis ko raat ki pursakon neend na milay tou us ki sehat kharab hona shuro ho jati hai. Insaan ko achi neend ki buhut zarorat hoti hai.   1. Raat ka khana soonay say 2 say 3 ghantay pahlay kha layna chahiyay.
  2. Raat ko khanay kay baad thori walk karnay say neend yani sleep achi aati hai.
  3. Sonay say pahlay agar garam dodh pi liya jai tou sonay mey asani hoti hai orr pursakoon  neend aati hai
  4. Sonay say pahlay koi chai yeh coffee na li jai tou bhi neend aaram say aati hai, kio kay  chai or coffee mey mojood caffeine say khon ka dorania taiz hota hai or is waja say jism sakoon mey janay kay bajai kaam karnay ki taraf mutawajo ho jata hai. Caffeine ki waja say neend ur jati hai or kafi dair tek is ka asar rehta hai.
  5. Koi soothing music sunnay say bhi raat ki neend achi aati hai.
  6. Baaz ooqat jab dimag kafi kamo mey uljha howa ho tou neend aanay kay bawajod sonay ko dil nahi chahta, us waqat agar kisi buht boring kitab ko parha jai tou bhi neend anay lugti hai.

  12. Koshish karen ke bistar aram-deh ho, kamray main zaida roshni na ho , aur kamray main ziada shor bhi na ho.
  13. Kuch ghazaen neend yani ke liye mofeed hotee hain jaisa ke dhoodh, thora dalya, aaloo aur kela
  14. Kuch ghazaen neend yani sleep ke liye achi nahin hoteen jaisa ka chocolate, coffee ya chaye aur muraghan ghazaen.
  15. Deep breathing yani ke ghray saans bhi achi neend ya sleep lanay main madad dete hain.

  17. Sleep yani neend ka aik schedule moqararr karen aur jitna ziada mumkin ho sakay iss ki pabandi karen.
  18. Cigarette  noshi na karen.
