Tips for Jogging:

Stretching: jogging shuru karne se pehle 5 minutes tak stretching ya warm up karen – yani apne jisam ya muscles ko  ziada sakht warzish k leye tayyar karen aur jisam ko garam karen.  Warm up karne ka sab se asan tarika tez tez chalna hai .

Posture: Jogging karte howey  chotey qadam lain, na ke lambay lambay – aur sar aur body ko seedha rakhen aur seedha samne dekhen. Hathon aur bazon ko easy position main rakhen – yani ke dheela dhaala .
