Ye wo desi totka hai motapa km krne ka jo kbi fail nh hota. Roz subha uth kr 2 se 3 glass garam pani nehar mun piyen. Pani mein shehed ghol len. Her glass mein 3-4 qatrey lemon k juice k bhi dal len.
