Tips, Totkay (Upay) to Loose Hips Fats/ Weight in Urdu/ Hindi

Keya aap k hips baray hain aur aap hips se fats yani charbi kam (reduce) karna chahti hain? 3 lemon

3 chotay chamach shehed (honey)

adha pao horseradish

Inko mila kar 3 haftay tak istemal karne se apke hips main namayan kami ana shuru ho jay gee.

Horseradish ko peece (grind) kar uss main 3 lemon ka rass mix kar lain aur shehed main mila kar achi tarah hal kar lain aur friedge main rakh lain. Rozana 1 chota chamach subah sham istemal karen.

Hips Weight Kam Karne Ki Exercise

Aik kursi pe seedha beth jaen aur dono bazo bilkul seedhe kar ke apni tangon k sath chair par rakh lain. Aik pillow (takya) le kar dono tangon ke darmeyan rakh kar dono tangon se dabaen aur 1 mintue tak daba kar rakhen

2. Kursi pe seedha beth kar dono hath tangon ke sath seedhe kursi pe rakh kar donon tangon ko bari bari seedha ooper uthaen aur 30,30 seconds tak seedh rakhen.
