Chicken breast (pieces): 1
Chopped onions: 2
Chopped capsicums: 2 tablespoons
Mushroom slices: 2
Chopped tomatoes: 2
Salt: ½ teaspoon
Crushed red chilies: ½ teaspoon
Salsa (for serving): 2 tablespoons
Sour Cream: 2 tablespoons
Cheddar Cheese: 2 to 3 slices
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Take a bowl and beat 3 eggs properly. Now add spices that are salt, crushed red chili and mix well. Now add sour cream to egg mixture and boiled shredded chicken pieces and mix well. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and add egg mixture and cook for 2 to3 minutes from one side. Sprinkle chopped onions, capsicum, mushroom slices, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. After 2 to 3 minutes of cooking cold the egg and cook for 1 minute more and dish out. Serve with toasts and tea or coffee.
